一、依據醫療財團法人台灣血液基金會114年9月3日基關字第1140600336號函辦理。
二、為鼓勵青年族群捐血、加強對自願無償捐血的認知並深化捐血救人觀念，該基金會辦理114年校園捐血海報設計比賽，希望透過參與海報設計比賽，能關注捐血議題，以創作成果體現對捐血救人的認同，實踐社會公益參與。
三、本屆比賽以「鼓勵捐血救人」以及「青年捐血志工」為主題，海報作品須融入其中一個主題，作為海報視覺發想，並包含海報Slogan文案。(詳參比賽活動辦法)
四、徵件期間自即日起至114年(下同)11月14日23:59止，暫定於12月2日公布入圍名單，並於12月30日公布得獎名單；另將於115年1月15日捐血月記者會舉行頒獎典禮。

1.This matter is handled in accordance with the Taiwan Blood Services Foundation’s official letter Ref. No. 1140600336, dated September 3, 2025.
2.To encourage young people to donate blood, strengthen awareness of voluntary and unpaid blood donation, and deepen the concept of “saving lives through blood donation,” the Foundation is organizing the 2025 Campus Blood Donation Poster Design Competition. By participating, students are expected to engage more with the issue of blood donation, and through their creative works, express their recognition of the life-saving value of blood donation and demonstrate social responsibility.
3.The competition focuses on two themes: “Encouraging Blood Donation to Save Lives” and “Youth Blood Donation Volunteers.” Poster submissions must incorporate one of these themes as the core of their visual design, and must also include a slogan. 4.The submission period runs from now until November 14, 2025, at 23:59. The shortlist is tentatively scheduled to be announced on December 2, 2025, with final results published on December 30, 2025. An award ceremony will be held on January 15, 2026, during the Blood Donation Month press conference.
