2.依照守則噓寒問暖、甜言蜜語，讓受害者陷入情網。
3.聲稱有穩賺不賠的投資管道，或者因為某些理由要被害者匯款，取款後就人間蒸發。

This fraud technique has four major characteristics:
1. Photos of handsome men and beautiful women are usually used as dating accounts.
2. Follow the rules and make the victim fall in love by asking for warmth and sweet words.
3. Claiming to have an investment channel that guarantees a steady profit, or asking the victim to remit money for some reason, and disappear after withdrawing the money.
