一、開放申請時間及方式
(一)第一梯次：114年03月17日(一)至04月30日(三)止。
(二)第二梯次：114年05月05日(一)至06月20日(五)止。
(三)請至學校首頁「學雜費減免暨弱勢助學與獎學金登錄網」登錄，並確認本人郵局帳號(每學期需重新上傳)，以利撥款。
(四) 113-2學期結束時(114年6月20日)，若仍未登錄者依規定，不予補發。
(五) 獎金登錄申請網頁網址如下： https://aura.stust.edu.tw/activity/reg_reduce.aspx。
(六)如欲知撥款訊息，請同學至學校E網通撥款系統查詢。
二、獎學金及獎狀
(一)獎學金
1.第一名：2,500元；
2.第二名：1,000元；
3.第三名：500元。
(二)獎狀：由教務處登錄於南臺證書系統上。查詢網址：https://eportal.stust.edu.tw/Ap/167
三、菁英獎獲獎名冊，請查詢教務處公告於學校首頁最新消息，依據教務處公告核定名單撥款。
113-2 Academic Elite Award application (based on 113-1 academic performance)
1. Registration Time and Method
(1) The first echelon: from March 17th (Mon.) to April 30th (Wed.), 2025.
(2) The second echelon: from May 5th (Mon.), 2025 to June 20st (Fri.), 2025.
(3) Please log in to the website "Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Reduction and Disadvantaged Student Aid and Scholarship" to confirm your post office account (it must be re-uploaded each semester) to facilitate the allocation of funds.
(4) According to the regulations, those who have not registered online will not be reissued at the end of the 113-2 semester (June. 20, 2025).
(5) The prizewinner of 113-2 Academic Elite Awards (based on 113-1 academic performance) will be applied on website. (website：https://aura.stust.edu.tw/activity/reg_reduce.aspx)
(6) For information about the disbursement, please check the STUST e-port System.
2. The amount of Scholarship
(1) First place – NT$2,500.
(2) Second Place – NT$1,000.
(3) Third Place – NT$500.
