一、為強化15至24歲族群心理健康與自殺防治宣導，臺北市政府衛生局局辦理「創作救援隊，青春不下線」自殺防治網路社群競賽，以主題「別再獨自emo，I人也可以輕鬆交朋友」為號召，邀請15至24歲本國青少年透過短影片、圖文創作，分享內心情緒與交友歷程，除適時偵測他人自殺警訊、伸出援手，也能覺察自身情緒低潮並學習以適當方式向他人求助。
二、本次競賽辦理期程：
(一)徵稿時間：114年7月21日至114年8月31日。
(二)票選時間：114年9月1日至114年9月28日。

1. To strengthen mental health and suicide prevention awareness among people aged 15 to 24, the Taipei City Government Department of Health is organizing the "Creative Rescue Team, Youth Never Offline" online suicide prevention competition. With the theme "Don't be emo anymore, make friends easily as an individual," the competition invites young people aged 15 to 24 to share their inner feelings and friendships through short videos, images, and text. This competition not only helps them detect suicide warning signs in others and offer help, but also helps them recognize their own lows and learn how to seek help from others appropriately.
2. Competition Period:
(1) Submission Period: July 21 to August 31, 2021.
(2) Voting Period: September 1 to September 28, 2021.
