Announcement of appointment clinic information update
各位同學您好：
Hello students:
本校112年9月1日起新增一間特約診所，共計11間特約診所，各診所優惠對象、減免費用、檢附證件說明如下：
From September 1, 2023, the school added three special clinics, a total of 11 appointment clinics. The descriptions of the preferential targets, fee reductions, and certificates for each clinic are as follows:
一、對象：本校教職員工、學生。
1. Target: The faculty, staff and students of the school.
二、檢具證件：須主動出示健保卡及證明文件（如學生證、員工證）
2. Proof certificates: You must take the initiative to show your health insurance card and supporting documents (such as student ID card, employee ID card).
三、優惠內容：詳如下表列
