一、依行政院114年12月4日院臺衛字第1141033638B號函及教育部114年12月8日臺教學(五)字第1140128761號函辦理。
二、依管制藥品管理條例第3條第2項規定應行公告之「管制藥品分級及品項」部分分級及品項，經行政院於114年12月4日以院臺衛字第1141033638號公告修正，並自114年12月8日生效。
1.This matter is handled in accordance with the Executive Yuan’s letter Yuan-Tai-Wei-No. 1141033638B dated December 4, 2025, and the Ministry of Education’s letter Tai-Jiao-Xue (V)-No. 1140128761 dated December 8, 2025.
2.Pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 3 of the Controlled Drugs Act, the Executive Yuan announced revisions to certain classifications and items in the “Controlled Drugs Classification and Items” on December 4, 2025 (Yuan-Tai-Wei-No. 1141033638). The revised content took effect on December 8, 2025.
