因應本校住宿生撤宿作業，為維護搬運動線順暢及人員安全，自第三停車場南側至宿舍區範圍將劃設為徒步區，活動期間後門暫停開放汽車進出，以避免發生交通意外，並確保撤宿作業順利進行。
敬請全校師生配合以下交通管制措施，提前規劃行程，不便之處，敬請見諒。
一、請各位師長於活動期間，115年6月26日（五）至6月28日（日）全時段，勿將車輛停放於第一、第二及第六宿舍周邊道路及廣場區域。。
二、管制時間:115年6月26日(五)12時起迄6月28日(日) 12時止圍管制線，第三停車場以南至後門無法通行進出。
三、第一、第二及第六宿舍住宿同學，請一律由學校大門進出校園，並依現場指示及相關規定，將車輛停放於第一、第二或第三停車場。
四、第三宿舍住宿同學撤宿期間無須進入校園，可直接導航前往第三宿舍；惟後門禁止車輛進出，請配合現場交通引導。
五、請各單位協助轉知於管制期間需入校之學員、廠商、貨運業者等校外人士，請一律由學校大門進出。

To facilitate the student dormitory move-out process and ensure the safety of all participants, the area extending from the south side of Parking Lot 3 to the dormitory zone will be designated as a pedestrian-only area. During the move-out period, the rear gate will be closed to vehicle access to prevent traffic accidents and ensure the smooth operation of move-out activities.
All faculty members, staff, and students are kindly requested to comply with the following traffic control measures and make necessary travel arrangements in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1. Parking Restrictions
During the move-out period (June 26–28, 2026), faculty and staff are requested not to park their vehicles on the roads or open areas surrounding Dormitories 1, 2, and 6.
2. Traffic Control Period
From 12:00 PM on Friday, June 26, 2026, to 12:00 PM on Sunday, June 28, 2026, access south of Parking Lot 3 to the Rear Gate will be restricted by traffic control barriers, and vehicles will not be permitted to enter or exit through this area.
3. Residents of Dormitories 1, 2, and 6
Students residing in Dormitories 1, 2, and 6 must enter and exit the campus through the Main Gate only. Vehicles should be parked in Parking Lots 1, 2, or 3 in accordance with on-site instructions and campus regulations.
4. Residents of Dormitory 3
Students residing in Dormitory 3 do not need to enter the main campus during the move-out period and may navigate directly to Dormitory 3. Please note that vehicle access through the Rear Gate is prohibited. All drivers are requested to follow on-site traffic directions.
5. Visitors, Vendors, and Delivery Personnel
Please inform all visitors, trainees, contractors, vendors, and delivery personnel who need to enter the campus during the traffic control period that they must enter and exit through the Main Gate only.
