This notice is issued in accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Health and Welfare dated September 22, 2026 (Ref. No. Wei-Shou-Shi-1150017901B) and the letter from the Ministry of Education dated September 24, 2026 (Ref. No. Tai-Jiao-Xue (5) 1150097925).
轉知衛生福利部檢送有關「中山醫學大學附設醫院(實驗室名稱：藥物檢測中心)」濫用藥物尿液檢驗機構之認證資格，業經該部以115年9月22日衛授食字第1150017901號公告廢止。
Notification from the Ministry of Health and Welfare regarding the revocation of the accreditation of Chung Shan Medical University Hospital (Laboratory Name: Drug Testing Center) as a urine testing institution for drug abuse. The accreditation was officially revoked by the Ministry through its announcement dated September 22, 2026 (Ref. No. Wei-Shou-Shi-1150017901).
