114年9月份【挽袖捐血活動】詳情參酌如下:
✨活動日期:9/16(星期二)、9/18(星期四)
✨活動時間︰上午10時至下午6時
✨活動地點︰六宿旁路口及三連堂前水泥地(備案T、N棟間馬路)
🩸捐血贈品及獎勵︰
▲凡於指定校園捐血,即贈大麥克貴賓卷乙份。
▲每校〝前50名〞首捐者,加贈麥當勞熱血行動環保袋與金選美式咖啡(冰/熱)貴賓券。
▲大麥克貴賓卷、麥當勞熱血行動環保袋與金選美式咖啡(冰/熱)貴賓券數量有限,送完為止。
▲學生捐血250cc(1袋)記嘉獎乙次,捐血500cc(2袋)記嘉獎二次。
🥰捐血基本條件︰
●年齡限制:17至65歲符合捐血資格。
●身分證件:需攜帶附有照片之有效身分證件。
●體重條件:男性需滿50公斤以上;女性需滿45公斤以上。
●健康狀況:當日身體需健康,無感冒、發燒或其他不適症狀。
●間隔時間:
○全血捐血:需間隔8週以上。
○成分捐血:依醫師評估與規定間隔。

👀捐血注意事項︰
★捐血前一晚請保持充足睡眠(至少6小時),避免熬夜與飲酒。
★當天務必先進食,不可空腹捐血。
★建議穿著袖口寬鬆的衣服,方便進行抽血。
★捐血時需攜帶附有照片之身分證件,以利登記。
★捐血前後各飲用約500毫升的水,或搭配鹹食,幫助血量補充。
★完成捐血後,請於現場休息10-15分鐘,確認身體狀況良好再離開。
★當日避免激烈運動或搬運重物,給予身體足夠的恢復時間。

Details of the “Roll Up Your Sleeves Blood Donation Campaign” for September 2025 are as follows:
✨ Event Dates:September 16 (Tuesday) & September 18 (Thursday)
✨ Event Time:10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
✨ Event Venue:At the intersection beside Dormitory 6 and on the concrete area in front of San-Lian Hall
🩸 Blood Donation Gifts & Rewards:
▲ Each participant who donates blood at the designated campus site will receive one Big Mac voucher.
▲ For each school, the first 50 first-time donors will receive an additional McDonald’s “Passion for Blood Donation” eco-bag and a McCafé Americano (Hot/Iced) voucher.
▲ Quantities of Big Mac vouchers, McDonald’s eco-bags, and McCafé Americano vouchers are limited and available while supplies last.
▲ Students who donate 250cc (1 bag) of blood will be awarded 1 merit point; those who donate 500cc (2 bags) will be awarded 2 merit points.
🥰 Basic Requirements for Blood Donation:
● Age:Eligible donors must be between 17 and 65 years old.
● Identification:A valid photo ID is required.
● Weight:Male donors must weigh at least 50 kg; female donors must weigh at least 45 kg.
● Health Condition:Donors must be in good health on the day of donation, with no symptoms such as colds, fever, or other discomfort.
● Donation Interval:
○ Whole Blood:At least 8 weeks between donations.
○ Apheresis (Component Donation):Interval based on physician’s evaluation and regulations.

👀 Blood Donation Reminders:

★ Bring a valid photo ID for registration.
★ Drink about 500 ml of water before and after donation, and pair with some salty food to help replenish blood volume.
★ After donating, rest on-site for 10–15 minutes to ensure you feel well before leaving.
★ Avoid strenuous exercise or heavy lifting on the same day to allow your body enough time to recover.
