二、自即日起至114年9月30日止，為喚起民眾對於防範一氧化碳中毒的重視，灌輸學生正確安裝燃氣熱水器及一氧化碳中毒防治的安全觀念，並充實文宣教材，特舉辦旨揭漫畫競賽，計有194份作品(國中組98份、高中組96份)經由地方消防局初評脫穎而出，後續將由內政部消防署評審委員會評選出得獎作品。
三、隨文檢附旨揭公文及宣傳圖卡1份，惠請協助轉知學校所屬師生，參與投票者並可參加抽獎活動(活動官網：

2. From now until September 30, 2015, to raise public awareness of carbon monoxide poisoning prevention, educate students on the proper installation of gas water heaters and the prevention of carbon monoxide poisoning, and enhance educational materials, a cartoon contest is being held. 194 entries (98 for junior high school and 96 for high school) have been selected after preliminary evaluation by local fire departments. The winning entries will be selected by a judging committee of the Ministry of the Interior's Fire Department.
