什麼是無號誌路口，簡單來說就是沒有紅綠燈的路口，
「行經無號誌路口」應注意之基本路權觀念和正確法規提醒如下:
1-依據路面上的停車再開標誌、路面停標字、閃光紅燈、讓路標誌、倒三角形讓路線…等行駛。
2-在無號誌路口，或沒有設標誌、標線或號誌區分支線道、主線道時，「少線道」應禮讓「多線道」先行。
3-車道數相同且同為直行車或轉彎車時，「左方車」應禮讓「右方車」先行，且「轉彎車」應禮讓「直行車」先行。
4-閃光紅燈會出現在支線道，而閃光黃燈則出現在幹線道，所以當駕駛遇到閃光紅燈，代表示支線道車輛，應停讓幹線道車先行。
5-交通部已於114/3/31起修正「違反道路交通管理事件統一裁罰基準及處理細則」，修法提高各車款的罰鍰，提醒駕駛養成「停車再開」的習慣，遵守無號誌路口路權先後次序，當個守法的用路人。

The following are basic right-of-way concepts and correct legal reminders that should be noted.
1- Drive according to road signs such as stop signs, flashing red lights, yield signs, and inverted triangle yield lines.
2- At intersections without traffic signals, or where there are no signs, markings, or traffic signals separating branch lanes and main lanes, the lane with fewer lanes should yield to the lane with more lanes.
3- When vehicles in the same number of lanes are traveling either straight or turning, vehicles on the left should yield to vehicles on the right, and vehicles turning should yield to vehicles traveling straight.
4- Flashing red lights appear on side lanes, while flashing yellow lights appear on main lanes. Therefore, when a driver encounters a flashing red light, it means that vehicles in the side lane should stop and yield to vehicles in the main lane.
5- The Ministry of Transportation has amended the law to increase fines starting March 31, 2025, reminding drivers to develop the habit of "stopping before driving," to obey the right-of-way order at intersections without traffic signals, and to be law-abiding road users.
