114-2學期《拒絕毒品–掌握健康人生》班級反毒連署活動案(計畫如附件)
一、 活動目的:為配合教育部防制學生藥物濫用教育宣導活動,推廣全校師生深化反毒意識,營造拒毒反毒純淨校園,進而達成「無毒校園」之目標。
二、活動對象:全校日、夜間部各班級。
三、活動時間:自開學日115年2月23日(一)起至第14週115年5月29日(五)止。
四、活動內容:
全班師生共同完成《拒絕毒品–掌握健康人生》班級反毒連署活動,由導師指定各班具備熱誠意願之一位同學或副班長(校安反毒種子)擔任負責人員,凡於活動期間完成全班反毒連署及老師簽名認證之班級,並於規定期限內繳回學務處生輔組L102辦公室者,負責同學記嘉獎2次獎勵。
五、宣導內容:
《拒絕毒品–掌握健康人生》:
【喪屍路】拒絕毒品,掌握健康人生。特調依托咪酯電子煙,喪屍立即上演。依托咪酯已列二級毒品,常不法混在電子煙裡,使用後將付出無法承受的代價。
【毒品誘惑話術】勇敢說『不』,我的人生由我掌控。這些試圖讓你放下戒心的話語都要留意,對方提供的東西可能都是毒品。施用毒品「不會上癮」是錯誤的訊息。有疑問應立即訊問師長或洽詢毒防中心。
“114-2 Semester ‘Say No to Drugs – Take Control of a Healthy Life’ Class Anti-Drug Pledge Campaign (see attachment)”
1. Purpose:
In alignment with the Ministry of Education’s anti-drug abuse education initiatives, this campaign aims to promote and deepen anti-drug awareness among all faculty and students, foster a clean and drug-free campus culture, and ultimately achieve the goal of a drug-free campus.
2. Participants:
All day and evening program classes across the university.
3. Campaign Period:
From the first day of the semester, February 23, 2026 (Monday), to Week 14, May 29, 2026 (Friday).
4. Campaign Description:
Each class shall collectively complete the “Say No to Drugs – Take Control of a Healthy Life” class anti-drug pledge.
The class advisor will designate one enthusiastic and willing student (or the vice class representative), serving as a Campus Safety Anti-Drug Seed Member, to be responsible for coordination.
Classes that complete the full class pledge with the instructor’s signature verification and submit it to the Student Guidance and Counseling Section (Office L102) within the specified period will have the responsible student awarded two commendations.

Customized e-cigarettes containing etomidate can turn people into “zombies” instantly. Etomidate has been classified as a Category II controlled drug and is often illegally mixed into e-cigarettes. Using it comes with consequences that can be unbearable.
[Drug Temptation Tactics]
Say “No” with courage—my life is under my control.
Be alert to words intended to lower your guard; items offered by others may be drugs. Claims such as “drug use won’t lead to addiction” are false information. If in doubt, immediately consult teachers or contact the Drug Prevention Center.
